fannie may and freddie mac - your gov't sponsered lenders

that's right, Fannie Mae and Freddie mac, they were the lenders for the bulk of the mortgages in the U.S. and are sponsored by YOUR government.

today the CEO's of each testified before congress that they knew sub prime mortgages were a bad risk but went ahead with them anyway because "Everyone else was doing it." they didn't want to miss the chance to make significant profits when "everyone else was doing it."

How is that NOT criminal? how are these two NOT criminals? the largest government sponsored lenders in the U.S. wrote mortgages they KNEW were bad for profit? wait, how is our government NOT criminally responsible here?

how are these two CEO's not being prosecuted as criminals? how are members of OUR government that knew what they were doing NOT being prosecuted as criminals? as fucking con men that ran a PONZI scheme???

They wrote loans they knew were bad, they knew would put homeowners in jeopardy just to make money?

These two CEO's made hundreds of millions of dollars off of these loans, im not sure of the amount but one of the SMALLER loan firms that they followed was Merril Lynch, ever hear of them? Well they went under too, and the CEO that was in charge there walked away with 161 million dollars for defrauding the american people, he wasn't charged criminally either. ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY ONE MILLION FUCKING DOLLARS is the reward this asshole got for helping collapse the economy and futures of the american people.

But these two CEO's of Fannie mae and freddie mac made the same kind of personal money off this, as did some of the politicians that were supposed to be watchdogging this country and our well being.

Our government took advantage of us here, MANY bankers and CEO's took advantage of us here, and they all walked away with hundreds of millions of dollars each.....what did YOU get out of all of this? a shitty 401k? no christmas bonus? no living wage increase? higher gas prices? maybe you lost your job??? i did, what did YOU lose??? your house???

how did this happen? who is supposed to be REGULATING this free enterprise? 

we were fucking duped!!!

every fucking executive of every financial institution as well as members of our government walked away wealthy here, what about the rest of us???

Oh, and by the fucking way, now YOUR government is taking YOUR tax dollars to help bail all of these companies out!!! they fucked us, got rich in the process and now want more of YOUR money to keep their jobs and high salaries, how's you salary and bonus this year??? HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
